Katy started working at Quiet Waters in Aug. 2014. She loves the outdoors and spends her free time with her husband and three daughters. Katy became interested in working at Quiet Waters because she has a family member with a developmental disability, and it also seemed like an opportunity to positively impact the community. She said she feels blessed to show up to work every day in a place full of laughter, joy, and a commitment to serving others.

Z has worked at Quiet Waters since Dec. 2021. She loves live music, Halloween, and spending time with her loved ones. Z was attracted to working at Quiet Waters because she previously worked as a respite worker for individuals with I/DD and felt immediately welcomed and accepted by the staff and guests at QWO. She said the highlight of her job is serving our guests, making sure they’re genuinely known and cared for.

Savannah began working at Quiet Waters in July 2023. In her free time, she enjoys jogging, camping, traveling, thrifting and spending time with her daughter. Savannah was drawn to working at Quiet Waters because of its person-centered nature and community serving mission. She said she loves that her work directly contributes to bettering the community and gives our guests a warm and welcome place to be included.

Jacob has worked at Quiet Waters since Sept. 2020. He enjoys spending time in nature, learning anything he can, and being with his wife and two cats.
