PROGRAMS

At Quiet Waters Outreach we recognize the value of our guests while honoring the need to provide respite to their families and primary caregivers. We do this through two programs: Bed & Breakfast (B&B) and Discovery Day Program (DDP). These services operate out of homes in a residential community which allow for privacy, a home away from home feel, and an opportunity to connect with peers.

Programs and houses are Medicaid certified through the State of Oregon and have hosted countless hours of fun and respite since opening in 2002. They are staffed by Direct Support Professionals who are comprehensively trained on medication administration, CPR/AED First Aid, Oregon Intervention System, and support for each of our guests. Programs can be paid through pre-approved Medicaid or on a private pay basis. Placement in programs is contingent on objective screening regarding a guest’s ability to receive care in a 1:5 ratio, history of violence, and history of sexual aggression.
