Katy started working at Quiet Waters in Aug. 2014. She loves the outdoors and spends her free time with her husband and three daughters. Katy became interested in working at Quiet Waters because she has a family member with a developmental disability, and it also seemed like an opportunity to positively impact the community. She said she feels blessed to show up to work every day in a place full of laughter, joy, and a commitment to serving others.<\/p>\n

Chandra joined the Quiet Waters team in March of 2025. She is a proud mom to two grown-up sons and spends her free time travelling, gardening, and fostering animals. Chandra was interested in joining Quiet Waters because it gave her the chance to draw on her years of experience in fundraising and event planning for an organization with a mission she deeply believes in. Chandra said she is excited to work in a place that’s person-centered and committed to creating a community that’s loving, caring, and bringing people together.<\/p>\n

Savannah began working at Quiet Waters in July 2023. In her free time, she enjoys jogging, camping, traveling, thrifting and spending time with her daughter. Savannah was drawn to working at Quiet Waters because of its person-centered nature and community serving mission. She said she loves that her work directly contributes to bettering the community and gives our guests a warm and welcome place to be included.<\/p>\n

Jacob has worked at Quiet Waters since Sept. 2020. He enjoys spending time in nature, learning anything he can, and being with his wife and two cats. Jacob became interested in working at Quiet Waters because the job emphasizes service and kindness towards others. He said he\u2019s enthusiastic to work at a place where he knows his actions have a positive impact on the guests, their caregivers, and the community.<\/p>\n
